My leftover Rice and some ingredients to mix
for a simple but good lunch!

Time of Cooking: 20 minutes

Ingredients:
- 5 cups leftover cooked Rice ————-– $1.20/ Php 60
- 1/2 Onion (Diced) ———————-—-—-$0.10/ Php 5.00
- 1 Bellpepper (Diced)————————––$0.20/ Php 10.00
- 300g Chicken Breast (Diced)—————–$1.40/ Php 70.00
- 1/4 Cabbage (Diced) ———————-—–$0.70/ Php 35.00
- 1 Teaspoon Achuete Powder or Oil ——-$0.04/ Php 2.00
- 3 Tablespoon Oil ——————-————-$0.20/ Php 10.00
- Salt —————————-————–—–—-$0.10/ Php 5.00
- Pepper ——————————————––$0.10/ Php 5.00
- Egg (Optional)
Instructions
Preparation:
- Defrost the Chicken Breast if Frozen.
- Dice the Onion, Bell pepper and Cabbage.
- Dice the Chicken Breast.

Cooking:
- Put the Pan into Medium Heat and add 3 Tablespoon of Oil.
- When Pan is hot, add Diced Onion and when it is a bit cooked add the Diced 300g Chicken Breast.
- Add a bit of Salt and Pepper then Saute for 5 to 6 minutes until all Chicken is cooked.
- Add the 1 Teaspoon Achuete Powder and Diced Bell Pepper and Saute for 5 to 7 minutes until the Bell Pepper gets aromatic.
- Add the Diced Cabbage and Saute until all ingredients have blended and mixed together.
- Add oil if necessary.
- Add half of the leftover rice and mix until it blends together, then add the other half and mix until all rice have blended with all the ingredients.
- Add Salt and Pepper to taste.



Plating:
- Plate it with Sunny side or Scrambled Egg.
