That Tender Pork that melts in your mouth, with
Tomato sauce always makes our day!

Time of Cooking: 2 hours for Manual Cooking/ 30-40 minutes with Pressure Cooker

Ingredients:
- 500g of Pork Cubes ————–——-– $2.20/ Php 110
- 1/2 Onion (Diced) ———————-—-$0.10/ Php 5.00
- 1 Potato (Diced)—————————––$0.20/ Php 10.00
- 1 Carrot (Diced) —————————–$0.10/ Php 5.00
- 1/2 cup Soy sauce ———————-—–$0.04/ Php 2.00
- 2 Tablespoon Tomato Paste ——-——$0.14/ Php 7.00
- 2 Teaspoon Sugar ——————-——-$0.10/ Php 5.00
- Salt —————————-————–—–$0.10/ Php 5.00
- Pepper ——————————————–$0.10/ Php 5.00
- 2 Cloves Garlic (Chopped) —————-$0.10/ Php 5.00
- 2 Tablespoon of Oil ————————–$0.10/ Php 5.00
- 1.5L Water
- 3 Pieces Hotdog (Optional)
Instructions
Preparation:
- Defrost the Pork Cubes if Frozen.
- Diced the Onion, Potato and Carrots.
- Put Carrots and Potato in a bowl of water to remain fresh.
- Chop the 2 Cloves of Garlic to bits.
- Slice 3 Pieces of Hotdog diagonally (Optional)

Cooking:
- Put the Pan into Medium Heat and add 2 Tablespoon of Oil.
- When Pan is hot, add Chopped Garlic and Diced Onion.
- Saute so that Garlic will not be burnt.
- Add the Pork and saute for 3 to 5 minutes until it is lightly cooked.
- Add the 1/2 cup Soy Sauce.
- Add the 2 Tablespoon of Tomato Paste and 2 Teaspoon of Sugar and Mix for 5 minutes.
- Add 1.5 Liter of Water and Let it cook for 1 hour and 30 minutes to 2 hours. (For pressure cooker just 20 to 30 minutes)
- After 1 hour check if there is still water and check for the tenderness of the Pork.
- You can add 1L of water more to make it very tender and let it cook for another 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- If you think the Pork is almost tender, Add the Potato and Carrots and Let it cook for 15 minutes more.
- Add the Hotdogs (Optional) and let it simmer for 10 minutes.


Plating:
- Plate it with hot rice paired with a Sunny side Egg.
