Something Crunchy and Lite For Sunday Lunch!

Ingredients:
- 500g of Cream Dory Fillet ————-– $1.95/ Php 97.50
- 1/2 Cup of Flour ————————-—-$0.20/ Php 10.00
- 1 and 1/2 Cup of Bread Crumbs——–$0.30/ Php 15.00
- 1 Egg ——————————————–$0.12/ Php 6.00
- 30ml of Milk —————————-—–$0.12/ Php 6.00
- 1 and 1/2 Cup of Cooking Oil —-——$0.20/ Php 10.00
- Salt ————————————-——-$0.10/ Php 5.00
- Pepper ———————————–—–$0.10/ Php 5.00
- 1 Tablespoon Mayonaisse ————–$0.20/ Php 10.00
- 1 Tablespoon Ketchup ——————-$0.10/ Php 5.00
Instructions
Preparation:
- Defrost the Cream Dory Fillet if Frozen.
- Cut 500g Cream Dory Fish Fillet vertically into half and drain excess water.
- Into one bowl, mix one Egg and the 30ml of Milk and beat until it get mixed together.
- Into a separate bowl, put 1/2 cup of Flour, a pinch of Salt and Pepper and mix.
- Into another Separate plate put 1 and 1/2 cup Bread crumbs.


Breading:
- Place a slice of Fish fillet into the flour bowl. Cover the fish with flour.
- Then place the Fish covered with flour into the Egg Wash and cover all sides with it.
- Then place it into the breadcrumbs plate. Try to mash the fish gently with your palm so that the crumbs will stick into the Fish well.
- Redo the steps to all the slices of Fish and put it into a plate.
- Place the Uncooked Breaded Fish fillet into the refrigerator for around 10 to 15 minutes.


Frying:
- After 10 minutes put the plate of breaded Fish fillet out of the refrigerator.
- Place Frying Pan into the stove and into high heat.
- Place 2 cups of Cooking Oil into the Pan. Wait until the Oil is hot enough to Fry.
- Try to put some breadcrumbs into the Oil, if it is bubbling and frying, it means Oil is ready for cooking.
- Place a slice of breaded fish into the pan one by one. Turn each sides after 2 to 3 minutes per side.
- If the Oil is too hot, lower the heat into medium.
- Wait until the color of the fish is Golden.
- Place into a place with napkins to drain excess oil.

Sauce:
- Just mix the 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise and 1 tablespoon Ketchup.

Plating:
- Choice to plate it with a Salad or Rice.
